  • Texas hemp processor to open in Houston

    A hemp processor and extractor in Texas is working to establish operations in Houston. Bayou City Hemp Co., founded by Houston natives Ben Meggs and Jeromy Sherman, has applied for hemp processing licenses through the Texas Department of Agriculture.   • New Mexico hemp going in cannabis medicine exported to Israel

    A New Mexico medical marijuana company has begun exporting cannabis-based medicine to Israel. Ultra Health spokeswoman Marissa Novel said recently the company started exporting earlier this month through a partnership with Israeli pharmaceutical group Panaxai.
